J&P Sponsored Charity Event Raises £4,500 for Cancer Research

Fifteen key suppliers supported J&P Group in sponsoring a Dinner Dance at the St. David’s Hotel in Ewloe recently in aid of Cancer Research.

Following a gala dinner a sporting memorabilia auction was hosted by former Airbus Charity Challenge director Phil Jones. With more than £6million of charity fund raising experience under his belt, Phil had no trouble in maximising the bids from the 120 guests on a host of memorabilia that included signed Liverpool, Everton, Manchester United and Manchester City football shirts.

After the auction, guests were entertained by Liverpool comedian Bobby Kaye before hitting the dance floor to the sounds of local party band The Review.

By the end of what was a memorable evening, more than £4,500 had been raised for Cancer Research.
