..saw the opening of J&P Group’s fastener cleaning facility at its purpose built warehouse in Saltney, Chester. The fully automated robotic cleaning line will gradually ramp up production in coming weeks to meet the demand of Airbus UK’s wing manufacturing plan at Broughton. It is anticipated that by the end of September, the facility will be cleaning in excess of 1 million fastening devices per month for the Broughton wing maker…. see a short video of the robotic facility below.
